Welcome Mike Tolmer.  Today Mike was inducted  into the club.

January 24, 2019, Guest Speaker will be Rick Marin to inform us how the District Foundation works.

District Luncheon

There will be  a District Assembly held on Saturday January 26, 2019 7:30 am to Noon at the old Doubletree Hotel in Greentree.  Admission is free to all Rotarians of the District.

Good breakfast buffet all morning with several 10-minute speakers in all areas of the District activity.  President Bill and Glenn are attending.

Scholarship Luncheon

Bill also mentioned that its not too early to start thinking about the planning of the scholarship luncheon. The scholarship luncheon is a great opportunity for students to apply for the scholarship. This scholarship is serviced based instead of needs or academic.

Joe volunteered to the send the applications to South Fayette and Chartiers Valley.

Club Service focuses on making clubs strong. A thriving club is anchored by strong relationships and an active membership development plan.
Vocational Service calls on every Rotarian to work with integrity and contribute their expertise to the problems and needs of society. Learn more in An Introduction to Vocational Service and the Code of Conduct.
Community Service encourages every Rotarian to find ways to improve the quality of life for people in their communities and to serve the public interest. Learn more in Communities in Action: A Guide to Effective Projects.
International Service exemplifies our global reach in promoting peace and understanding. We support this service avenue by sponsoring or volunteering on international projects, seeking partners abroad at home.
